Rose Financial Planning is an expanding firm of financial advisers offering services across Pensions, Investments, Life Insurance, Mortgages, Wills & LPAs. Based in North West London we are now looking to hire a full time back office administrator. 

Working from a high spec office with excellent transport links, we are looking for a full time individual with strong communication skills who is highly organised. This is a diverse role and will suit someone comfortable managing multiple tasks of different disciplines, including but not limited to: 

– Assistance and working alongside the Managing Director completing administrative duties inc additional personal business ventures.

– Providing assistance with basic financial advice & admin where possible to new and existing client base 

– Manage day to day office admin & management 

Person specification: 

– Previous admin/PA experience working for an Independent Financial Advisor services

– A basic understanding of life insurance policies, pensions and investments, and experience in liaising with insurance companies.

– You will be Tech Savy, IT Literate working across MS Excel & Powerpoint 

– Methodical, organised and attention to detail personality

– Knowledge of Dynamic Planner and Inteliflo/ intelligent office would be beneficial. 

– An appetite to business develop and contribute to growth

The role will ideally be worked 9:30am-5:30 Monday to Friday, but as with the relaxed culture there will always be flexibility.
