Ostreli Ltd a UK-based, fast-growing company specialising in the global distribution of branded products, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic startup and play a vital role in supporting daily operations. Suitable for an ambitious candidate, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer and vendor correspondence incl. email management

• Provide office-administrative support to the Directors including (but not limited to) scheduling meetings, appointments and travel management

• Financial administration including (but not limited to) generating invoices and following up on payments

 

Person Specification:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in an administrative or similar role

• Previous financial admin experience is an advantage

• Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in time management and prioritisation

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Adaptable, ambitious and eager to learn new skills

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
