Graduate Office and Project Manager - B12 Strategies Ltd

Bachelor’s degree: 2.1 or above.

B12 consults a variety and clients love their way of working, 50% coordinating qualitative research project logistics and office management requirements, 15% supporting the team through desk research creating inspiration (e.g. cultural, retail) as per project needs, 35% providing personal assistance to CEO, office administration and managing social media 


ESSENTIAL: 

  • Experience managing logistics and projects within a research agency, consultancy, advertising/design company or shows high degree of capability to do so 
  • Capable of communicating clearly (through both e-mail and face-to-face) and comfortable working with numerous clients
  • Flexibility: able to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining an attention to detail; global projects require non-traditional work hours


ADDITIONAL:

  • Interested in working across various sectors including consumer goods and luxury, charity and startups 
  • Capable of communicating clearly (through both e-mail and face-to-face) and comfortable working with numerous clients
  • Graphic design capability: responsible for improving the design of key documents, presentations and communications 
  • Finger on the pulse with current trends
