We are a boutique Recruitment Agency, placing professionals into Finance, Secretarial and Administrative positions.

Due to a surge in new clients, we are looking to hire Recruitment Resourcers to support our experienced Consultants, in a busy and fast paced environment.

Duties of a typical day will include:

• Connecting with candidates using various tools and lines of communication, the most important being the phone

• Carrying out interviews over the phone, on teams or in person

• Composing adverts for job vacancies on social media platforms and job boards

• Managing candidates through an interview process, helping to coach people on interview preparation and technique

• Keeping accurate records and updating our in-house database

Skill set:

• Background in Recruitment or Sales essential 

• A degree is preferred, although not essential

• Proficient with MS packages

• Good communication skills

• Confident in talking to people on the phone
