Payroll Manager- RDP Newmans

RDP Newmans LLP, a well-established and successful 6 partner firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their busy payroll department.


Key responsibilities of the role include-


•      Support with future growth of client base

•      Reporting to the Partners on all payroll related matters

•      Supervising the payroll team- allocation of jobs, monitoring performance etc

•      Processing from start to finish payroll for own portfolio of medium to large clients

•      RTI submissions and processing end of year forms

•      Process manual payroll calculations including NI, salary sacrifice, PAYE, NIC, SMP, SAP, SSP, SPP

•      Processing BACS payments

•      Dealing with pension deductions and sending to pension providers

•      Assist with small client set ups

•      Manage client issues and deal with HMRC on payroll matters


The successful candidate will have experience within a senior/supervisory position. Experience with multiple, high volume payrolls is essential, ideally within a chartered accountancy / bureau environment.
