Office Administrator

NW11 based Professional Practice are seeking a part time Administrator/Office Manager to provide support to the Directors and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as first point of contact for phone calls; dealing with queries and directing calls as appropriate
• Diary management
• Financial administration- managing process for timely invoicing and other payments and banking matters as appropriate
• General administration- managing efficient online filing systems, writing emails and other correspondence
• Ensuring general upkeep of office is professional and tidy
Candidate profile
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• IT proficient- MS office essential and Quickbooks would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Able to work independently and use initiative to develop new admin systems as required
Hours: 10am-2pm Monday- Friday (will consider Mon-Thursday only for the right candidate)
