Sales Coordinator

NW London based business in the catering supplies sector is seeking a full time employee to join the team.


SALES COORDINATION:

  • Be the main Point of Contact for all new customers and potential leads
  • Support rest of sales team with their leads and follow up, assisting with major contracts with multiples 
  • Manage the main CRM account
  • Following up with new customers after installation, maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Assist with technical/order queries, and work with technical department and warehouse to resolve
  • Setting up new clients on all systems along with ordering schedule


MARKETING: (this is currently not a large part of the role due to Covid-19, aside from where trade shows are taking place virtually)

  • Liaise with trade show organisers
  • Assist in preparation for shows
  • Exhibit at trade shows with focus on new leads and making sales at the shows
  • Immediate follow-up after trade shows and managing the lead spreadsheets


OFFICE DUTIES:

  • Organisation of promotional material 
  • Answering of office phone, taking orders, etc
  • Maintain schedule of installations 
  • Keep NCI files and various databases up to date
  • Take phone payments where necessary
  • Support each member of staff with their own duties during busy periods
