Part Time Accounts Assistant

Part time Accounts Assistant opportunity working from home. The role is 3 days per week; Monday Tuesday Wednesday would be preferable, but there is flexibility for the right candidate.
It will be necessary to pop in to the office in Totteridge to file paperwork.
Required Technical Skills:
- Fully proficient in the use of Xero (essential skills)
- Excellent skills in using Excel (essential skills)
- Download transactions from Xero to excel
- Download Reports from Xero
Bookkeeping Xero Skills:
- Bank reconciliation
- Issue Sales Invoices
- Import Purchase Invoices and Analyse
- Prepare Journals and post
- Multi-task between companies as required
- Reconcile Inter-Company Loan Accounts
- Paper filing – bank statements and invoices
- Scan invoices and documents where required
- Filing of PDF Invoices to various companies
- Download purchase invoices – monthly
A normal day will look like on average:
- Copy PDF Invoices and file them in their respective companies.
- Reconcile bank accounts and attach invoices to purchase invoices.
- Reconcile Inter-company accounts and record in Master Schedule
- Issue rental Invoices (once a month)
- Maintain Log of companies worked on
- Scan Invoices and file
- Other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
