Retail Support Administrator- All Aboard

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the Charity Retail sector at a time of rapid change and development at All Aboard Shops Ltd.
All Aboard Charity Shops started over 30 years ago and currently has 18 charity shops, situated mainly in North West London with two in Manchester. All Aboard is unique in the Charity Sector in that we raise money for a number of different charities, both large and small. We support several local community charities for all different ages in the health and welfare sectors, eg. ‘Spread a Smile’, which supplies entertainers to go into hospitals and cheer up sick children. Another charity we have recently supported is an Alzheimer’s singing group in Salford, Manchester
Hours: 25 hours per week (3 days per week including Fridays, plus Sunday mornings) based in our Head Office situated in North Watford, Hertfordshire (parking on site)
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to our Head of Retail and Assistant to Head of Retail, and you will also be required to work in our shops on an ad hoc basis.
Key requirements for this role:
- Being able to work to deadlines, give attention to detail, experience of Microsoft Office 365 and great skills in communication, organisation, and time management.
- Have some retail experience
