We are TelcoSwitch, a young innovative company, bringing a new way of doing business to the telecommunication industry, by providing the UK’s most unified turnkey open standards hosted telephony platform.
Our service is delivered exclusively through a dedicated partners channel of like-minded businesses.
Our programs are varied and tailored to the partners' needs.
We are growing fast and now looking to expand our Partner Service team.

About the role:
As a Partner Service Agent, you will be the face of our brand. Handling day to day partners queries received over the phone and or tickets. The essential skills this role will require:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal, as well as written.
• Able to multi-task, quickly and efficiently, while paying attention to details and very thorough when following up queries.
• Desire to work in a warm small team.
• Ability to build friendly but professional relationships with long-standing partners.

Telecommunication experience is not necessary, but highly desirable. Full training will be provided.
