Office Admin Assistant- JWA

Objectives    To work alongside the JWA Office Manager, Chief Executive, Bookkeeper and Fundraiser to support with the day to day office management with some financial duties. 
Accountable to    Office Manager
Responsible for    Supporting with office management and financial admin duties
Working relationships    Office manager, bookkeeper, staff and outside organisations
Hours Part time, 12-15 hours per week 

Key responsibilities  
  • Supporting the office manager 
  • Book trains and hotels
  • Purchasing items for office/staff including stationery
  • Reconcile weekly income in conjunction with the bookkeeper and fundraiser
  • Send and process invoices
  • Manage petty cash
  • Supporting budget holders
