Receptionist/Administrator - Accountancy Practice

Accountancy Practice are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The role will comprise the following responsibilities: 

Administration Support

Manage incoming post, scanning and filing
Manage outgoing post on behalf of company and other clients including special delivery and couriers
Manage client letters for the partner/ manager
Filling in forms (bank applications, Business Surveys etc)
Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and shredding

Compliance Admin Support

Manage engagement and new client procedures and ML checks
Maintaining and updating money laundering requirements
Scheduling and monitoring compliance courses for all staff
Filling out forms for an on behalf of clients such as 64-8
Liaising with Tax offices on behalf of clients

Clients and Work Program Support

Maintaining clients/ membership lists on company software
Chasing up clients books and records through company practice management software

Secretarial Support

Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Greeting clients in a professional manner
Responding to general queries
Calls to clients and companies such as HMRC internally and for clients

Personal Assistant Support

Booking meetings and managing director's diary
Booking meeting rooms and directors travel arrangements
There is strong potential for the right employee to progress into more senior and higher paid roles based on performance.
