PA/Administrator- Property Development Business

Established family property business seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to manage the smooth running of their office and take responsibility for all administrative aspects of the business. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Front of house – first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients and for all telephone enquiries
•    Providing professional administrative support to the Directors including diary management, preparing correspondence, typing and other tasks as required.
•    Providing personal PA and administrative support to Directors as necessary 
•    Maintaining comprehensive and accurate filing systems of current and archived material. 
•    Dealing with all matters related to office upkeep and maintenance including cleaning, stationery and other supplier contracts
•    Assisting Directors with basic bookkeeping

Person Specification
•    Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Administrator
•    A professional and courteous telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
•    Strong IT skills with experience in using MS office within a professional capacity
•    Able and willing to work unsupervised and manage the office alone at times
•    An efficient, organised and methodical approach to work
•    Good written communication skills
•    Some understanding of the property industry would be advantageous
•    Must tolerate a long haired dog (Very Friendly)

Hours: Full time, 9.00-5.00pm Monday- Friday
