Client Services Adviser

Hours: Full-time or part-time

We provide AI decision support services to the NHS to help GPs and dentists manage their patients’ care. The service has grown to 30,000 users in 4 years. We are now looking for a Client Services Adviser to join our team on a 3-6 month temporary contract, with potential for the job to become permanent. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn the basic operation of the Rego system. Training will be provided.
  • Contact dental practices to make them aware of the project and to log their practice details.
  • Provide support and answer queries for a number of different dental professionals using phone, email and other on-line methods to introduce the company, ensure their awareness and understanding of the software introduced to them.
  • Further details we be provided by the project manager or other project lead.
  • Supporting practices in the use of remote training by being on hand to assist where necessary
  • Manage your own worklist to allow for ease of reporting when required.
  • You may be asked to fill a number of client contact and data entry roles role to support the project and others around you.
 Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Great attitude and good phone manner.
  • Basic understanding of the Rego software (training will be provided).
  • Experience of the workings of a GP or Dental practice (preferred but no essential)
