Operations & Logistics Coordinator- Chana

  • Salary: £22,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Hours:
9.00 - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm or two hours before Shabbat
6 hours evening work a month

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Provide PA support Diary management for Senior Leadership Team: Chief Operating Officer, Community Development Director/Science Director, Specials Project Manager
  • Ensure smooth running of a very busy office environment
  • Ensure up to date management of CRM - ThankQ
  • Ensure all internal training of CRM package and act as link person to contractor
  • Internal link person for all IT needs, liaise with external contractors where necessary
  • Manage and delegate data collection for the purpose of reporting to SLT
  • Support on all HR matters
  • Administration of volunteers arrange appropriate schedule of work and delegate tasks and office space
Community and Special projects
  • Oversee development, planning, and execution of internal and external events
  • Link Person for event management (delegate and or set up/dismantle the physical space, oversee event inventory and deliveries/ pickups, AV, catering, videography, social media, and any post-event follow ups).
  • Ensure ongoing social media coverage of all events and services

  • Able to learn new database systems
  • Careful to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Experience Requirements
  • 1+ years’ experience in Operations or Event Coordination
  • Proven management and organisational skills
  • Experience with mail merge
  • Understanding of AV systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, project management programmes and CRM database essential.
  • Understanding and knowledge of all areas of the Jewish community
