AIMS Recruitment Sales Executive

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for someone who enjoys sales which has a recruitment element to it. We’re a small business, and we run ‘lean and mean’, so every member of the team is expected to have a can-do attitude and be prepared to roll up their sleeves when necessary. You’ll enjoy the cut and thrust of working in a small office, with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it.

Skills & Qualifications
An excellent command of English, in particular verbal, is essential for the right candidate to thrive in our central office.
A strong grounding in the fundamentals involved in administration and sales allied to excellent communication skills, a “common sense” approach and “can do” attitude, are of the utmost importance for success in this exciting role.

Role & Responsibilities
This is a varied role, supporting a wide variety of stakeholders. You will be supported by the wider team and their experience to help deliver in the role.

The Candidate
The successful applicant will have experience in sales and possibly in direct telesales. He or she must have good communication skills with the ability to interact with our current and potential Franchisees sometimes in person but mostly by telephone to explain our concepts in a professional and patient manner. Our Franchisees are all qualified Accountants, so all communication is conducted at a detailed and professional level. A proactive and positive attitude combined with a good telephone manner are an essential requirement as most of the first contacts with potential franchisees are conducted over the telephone.
A solid grasp of IT and a willingness to embrace change are also essential. We are a small business so every member of the team is expected to have a can do attitude and be prepared to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
AIMS has ambitious growth plans and as such the sales team plays a pivotal role in ensuring this growth is achieved

The detailed job description is as follows:
a. Recruitment is primarily a sales role and involves assisting with and implementing our strategy for recruitment, in particular sales calls to potential new franchisees to explain the benefits of AIMS and to invite them for Sales Meetings and the administration and “follow up” associated with these tasks.
b. Using current sales strategies, which include a mixture of CV libraries, LinkedIn and other avenues.
c. This role does include an element of cold calling and the successful candidate will be comfortable on the phone.

Location
Most of the work is undertaken at our offices at 3 Park Road, right next to Regent’s Park, but occasionally some overnight travel may be required.
