As we grow mycashline we're l ooking for experienced Account Managers who can help us make even better lending decisions whilst supporting our rapid growth.

The role
Account Managers act as “superheroes" and we ensure to do our best to meet our customer’s needs and offer a fast, slick service. Our team of Account Managers are the frontline staff of our business. They're responsible for l ooking after our businesses and business owners, each and every small business that approach us have a personalised relationship account manager. Your mission will be to:

● Onboard new applications and be their point of contact through the loan process.
● Be the bridge between the underwriters & the customers in getting the businesses information together
● Be responsible for chasing up with customers as payments become due
● Be actively involved in improving the flow, through developments to our systems and processes.
● Communicate effectively with our Underwriting teams to ensure customer needs are met at all times
● Work closely with the Tech and Analytics team to improve systems and our business process management to enable us to make better, faster and fairer decisions.
● Liaise with brokers and lead generators to keep them updated on the loan statuses and gain customer insight and business information

We look for people that are smart, bubbly, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally, you’ll have:

● Experience in customer service and sales, preferably business to business.
● Good business acumen and a working understanding of what makes a good business good, so you can quickly identify the key drivers behind an application.
● A good understanding of how businesses operate, and what’s needed to get their application packs complete for the underwriting team
● A positive mindset with a practical approach to problem solving and pushing forward
● A confident and enthusiastic attitude that works well in a regularly changing and fast paced environment.
● Excellent communication skills. You will have lots of direct telephone contact with loan applicants as well as brokers and third parties, to extract additional information so a kind, friendly and confident telephone manner is key.
● The confidence to speak to your customers if payment is missed in order to problem solve & get accounts back on the right track.
● The ability to come up with innovative and scalable solutions to day-to-day problems and suggest changes to processes to improve our efficiency.
