Customer Service Representative- HSNF

HSNF, a London based fast-paced growing company, is in a search for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in its North London office. 

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing health & beauty e-Commerce business in North London – Muswell Hill. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem-solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and possess good written skills. 
The role will involve supporting a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to processing returns and managing our customer feedback online.
The successful candidate will strive to give each customer they deal with a positive and personal experience. A good understanding of beauty products is essential in order to help customers with their questions and purchases. Key Responsibilities
The day to day role will be varied, so strong time management and prioritisation is paramount. Your job role will involve but not be limited to the following tasks:

• Answering customer calls to deal with queries, advise on suitable products, check delivery information and general questions.
• Responding to customer messages from eBay, Amazon, and our eCommerce channels, using ReplyManager to oversee all queries. 
• Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner.
• Ensuring Amazon A-Z cases, eBay resolution centre disputes and return requests, and PayPal cases are responded to promptly and precisely.
• Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on all of our e-commerce channels, and ensuring our high feedback score is maintained.
• Quality Control / Product testing to identify products with potential issues.
• Processing claims on a weekly basis with our delivery couriers for missing customer deliveries.
• Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are shipped out on time, raising any order discrepancies and providing support when needed.
• General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly.

Knowledge/Skills and Abilities
•    Experience in a similar role and a broad understanding of the beauty products we offer
•    Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, articulate with good spelling and grammar
•    Dependable and reliable with a friendly and patient manner
•    Previous experience and knowledge of working with Amazon and eBay
•    Good eye for detail
•    Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using initiative
•    Experience with Microsoft Office
•    Experience of XSellco/ReplyManager- preferred but not essential

The company has been growing for more than a decade, having established a good reputation through its acquirement of several international brands, and the development of a series of its own products. Based in our Muswell Hill office, a permanent role has arisen for an experienced individual to take on the role of Customer Service. 

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri and 1 weekend a month at home for 2 hours.
