London Event Security Administrator- CST

As the London Events Security Administrator, your primary focus will be to provide administrative support to the London Event Security Team by supporting the provision of a timely and robust security operation at each event CST secures. 

In addition the secondary element to the role will be to simultaneously provide for the safety and welfare of the volunteer security teams.

In this role, you will be required to:
•    Handle incoming telephone/email enquiries  
•    Liaise with event organisers, venues, other security partners (including the police) and volunteers
•    Collate and manage large amounts of data and information and input into the internal database 
•    Work with pre-set reporting formats
•    Manage a weekly security operation and all associated planning elements  
•    Occasionally meet with key internal stakeholders to push the Events Team agenda 
•    Work at events (outside office hours) from time to time

•    Resilient and able to work under pressure

For this role, you will require the following IT skills:
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (using mail merges, working with tables and formulae)
•    Experience of using Mail Chimp and Microsoft Teams (preferable but not essential)
•    Ability to learn to work with new IT systems; databases and management tools
