Executive Assistant and Events Manager- Campaign Against Antisemitism

  • Salary: £20,000-£35,000 depending on experience
The Executive Assistant and Events Manager’s role is to:
  • Lead the organisation of a busy annual programme of events and exclusive briefings in support of our fundraising and public policy work;
  • Ensure that our team builds and strengthens its relationships with politicians, donors, community leaders and key influencers in the UK; and
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to our leadership team and ensure that our offices in London and Manchester run smoothly.
The successful candidate will be meticulously organised and precise, even under pressure, using the latest technology such as cloud-based apps, to ensure that our charity’s leaders can be as efficient as possible.

Your work will require you to prioritise effectively, respond fast, think analytically and write and communicate persuasively and eloquently. You will be a fast learner, who can rapidly develop practical solutions and operate with total discretion. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working as part of a large and growing team.
