Compliance Administrator - The Bill Organiser

Employer 
The Bill Organiser manages all legalities and compliance within the property sector, including fire risk assessment, gas certificates, energy bills etc. The purpose of the role is to maintain accurate and up to date records of the properties in our portfolio, ensuring they are compliant with all current legal requirements. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Overall responsibility for the smooth running of all services and compliance aspects for a group of properties 
•    Interacting with a range of companies and service providers by phone, email and post.
•    Inputting and updating information on designated CRM (Zoho), including all relevant documentation and reminders for follow up actions.
•    Dealing with queries efficiently and ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.  

Person Specification
•    Excellent telephone manner with the ability to speak in a clear and confident manner
•    Strong written English skills 
•    Strong customer service skills 
•    Ability to work on own initiative and understand how to identify and apply relevant information
•    Computer literacy- MS office, google docs. Familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
•    Strong attention to detail and able to manage time effectively
•    Responsible and focussed manner as you will be working alone
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality 
•    Access to a fast and reliable internet connection 

Working Pattern
Full training will be provided by phone and email for the first month at times to be agreed with your manager. You will be working remotely for up to 5 hours per day following successful completion of the training period.
Salary
£7.50 per hour during the training period with an increase of up to £12 per hour dependent on performance.
