Global Kosher Team Assistant

Job Purpose: 
Working in a challenging environment the primary goal of the Team Assistant is to support the administrative functions of this company.  Reporting to the Senior Administrator the Team Assistant will support the Admin Team in all its functions.

Person Specification: 
Candidates will have experience of working as an administrator, be efficient and adaptable with good all-round administrative abilities and have good IT skills including a working knowledge of spread sheets. They must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be good organisers, be able to work efficiently in a team and alone, and work well under pressure. 

Job Duties:

The duties of the Team Assistant will be varied but include:

•    answering phones;
•    typing;
•    chasing payments;
•    maintaining client records;
•    new supplier enquiries;
•    Office and warehouse supplies;
•    Assisting with planning diaries;
•    Research and preparation for meetings;
•    Create and Format documents using MS Office;
•    Coordinating conference calls;
•    Greeting clients;
•    Invoicing, expenses and other ad hoc administrative duties.

The Team Assistant should have good attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.  Additionally, candidates should be: -
•    Methodical and have a thorough approach to work; 
•    Organised;
•    Good at juggling tasks and prioritising;
•    A team player;
•    A desire to show initiative;
•    Organised and have good record-keeping abilities;
•    Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
•    Confident with computing such as MS Word and Excel.

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9-3pm with a view to increasing over time.
