Generating Revenue from Key Accounts

Wednesday 20th May 9:30am – 12:30pm

Do you have a business with established clients?  Are you looking for routes to generate more revenue? Established clients are vital to the success of many businesses and will often be the source of 80% of turnover for a business so a proactive yet commercially sound approach is required to grow these clients and continue to maximise revenue for the business.

This workshop will enable you to:

  • Analyse your client portfolio – assessing the types of clients within the portfolio and identifying the clients with potential.
  • Creatively understand where the opportunities are to increase revenue within the portfolio
  • Develop a strategic understanding of the client to map where the opportunities are to grow an account.
  • Understand Stakeholder mapping – who are the stakeholders involved in the decision making and what is their level of influence
  • Define the goals, opportunities and setting clear objectives for a client plan
