Hours: We operate 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday with an early finish during the winter months on Fridays. Our office is closed on Jewish Holidays.

With over three generations in the trade, we have become a well-established wholesale company, supplying customers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

OFFICE JUNIOR, c. 21K+

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our office showroom team. This is an ideal role for someone looking for their first role and will provide many opportunities to learn and develop skills and business experience. There is a lot of potential to progress in the role.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers and ensuring they receive the best customer service

• Displaying and organising showroom stock

• Running the postal department, preparing national and international shipments

• Assisting the Financial Controller with general administration

• Maintaining the filing system

• Safe delivery and return of jobs given to local workshops.

• Ensuring the work is carried out within the specified timescale and to our high quality standard.

• Keeping track of stationery and office requirements

• Assisting the Sales and Admin team

OFFICE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, c.30-50K depending on experience

Main responsibilities include:

• The day to day running of this busy office and trade showroom

• Regular face to face and phone contact with customers to provide a personal and excellent service and to create sales

• Liaise with Sales Agents to provide backup and to deal with any issues that need addressing

• Candidates should be experienced in this role and ready to take on responsibilities to ensure the efficient running of the business.

• Setting up and organising trade exhibitions in various UK locations.

• Possess good organisational skills and time management

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Self-starters and keen to succeed
