Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm.

Alfonica has agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services. At Alfonica we have worked hard to build our portfolio to ensure we are able to cater to our clients’ telecoms requirements. This is a desk-based role located in our Manchester Office. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service and support. Additional training where necessary

will be provided.

As a member of our Unified Communications Provisioning & Support Team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for our wide range of products and services including:

• Hosted Telephony (VoIP)

• Connectivity

• UC

• WLR

Overview of Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

• Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution

• Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation

• Escalating queries and concerns where necessary

• Liaising with suppliers

• Provisioning products and services

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience within the telecommunications industry in a support role

• Technical knowledge and understanding.

• Understanding of Asterisk based phone system will be advantageous

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas

• High attention to detail

• Effective organisational and communication skills

• Strong telephone manner

• Hold all work-related information and materials confidential
