Technical Project Manager – Jewish Futures

Jewish Futures is a UK-based not-for-profit organisation which creates, incubates and scales dynamic educational organisations and initiatives both in the UK and abroad, propelling each forward to ensure vibrant Jewish futures. Each organisation under Jewish Futures’ umbrella has its own scope, audience and identity.

Jewish Futures is looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Liaison and Technical Co-ordinator to join our team in London. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role is crucial in acting as the intermediary between multiple client organisations and our technical team. You will manage a variety of projects, define their scope, ensure effective delivery and maintain strong client relationships. A significant part of your role involves working with

Microsoft Dynamics CRM for various technical and project management tasks.

MAIN DUTIES

Project Management and Co-ordination:

• Serve as main point of contact between client organisations and the technical team

• Scope, manage and deliver projects successfully

• Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and budgets as necessary

Account Management:

• Develop and nurture relationships with client organisations

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand and meet their needs

Database Administration and Development:

• Conduct database maintenance and administration tasks

• Develop low-code solutions using Power BI and Power Automate

• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for database administration and minor customisations

• Ensure smooth operation and efficient use of Dynamics CRM

• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare detailed project reports and maintain documentation

• Ensure all project-related documents are up-to-date and accessible

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management or related field

• Proven experience in project management, client relations and technical coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, especially the Marketing module

• Familiarity with database administration and low-code platforms such as Power BI and Power Automate

• Strong people, organisational and communication skills with the ability to instil confidence

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and outside the box to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time

• Highly adaptable and super organised with a can-do attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-demanding workload whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
