We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive engagement and sales. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven approach will be key in maximising the impact of social media campaigns for our diverse range of eCommerce clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
  • Creating visual content (videos, photos and graphic design)
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).

Qualifications:

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and their video content formats.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Driving license required to travel to client sites.
