Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify potential clients in the non-profit sector.
• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of Fundnation's platform and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector and an understanding of the challenges and needs of non-profit organizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work on a commission-only basis.
