Key Purpose:
To provide comprehensive personal support to the company director. The PA aims to increase organisation levels for the Director and increase workflow between the Director and the company as a whole. This role will also involve maintenance of office supplies, diary management and organising events.
Key Accountabilities:
· Handle and respond to all phone calls received to the Director’s phone
· Manage Director’s inbox, organising and ensuring emails are responded to in good time
· Schedule appointments/meetings and diary management
· Set up facilities in good time for planned meetings, ensuring Director has documents required.
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Taking minutes at meetings and from dictations
· Liaise with other members of staff on behalf of the Director, ensuring updates are given and received accordingly
· Take the initiative to identify and resolve problems as they arise to facilitate the smooth running and continuity of business.
· Maintain stock levels of office equipment liaising with each department to understand needs.
· Assist Executive Assistant, if required
· Arrange travel and events including forums, exhibitions and internal events
· Complete reports and other ad hoc administration tasks
· Any other ad hoc tasks as required
Skills & Competencies:
· Efficient and organised
· Logical thinker
· Keen attention to detail
Knowledge & Qualifications:
· Experience within a customer-facing role would be beneficial
· Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office

· Flexible in approach
· Well-spoken with a friendly positive phone manner with the ability to communicate professionally verbally and in a written form.
· Can do and positive mindset
· Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team
