The Aish UK Operations Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for all Departments at Aish UK.
You will need to be an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is able to cope in a fast paced and ever-changing environment – and someone who can hold their own when speaking to various suppliers, contractors, participants and a variety of stake holders. You must also be able to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for the implementation and running of the multiple events, trips, series and talks hosted under the Aish banner. This role will include regular involvement in the planning, execution and follow-up for these events. It will also require frequent interaction with participants of the various department’s events in serving as a first point of contact for all queries and communication concerning Aish activities and trips.
This role will include;
· Working with the National Operations Manager and the various departments across Aish UK to ensure the efficient, professional and smooth running of the organisation
· Providing full administrative support for Aish UK programs including term programs, seminars, weekends, long trips, short trips, etc
· Database input and maintenance
· Liaising with program participants, program staff, service providers and other related organizations and suppliers
· Answering calls and emails, delegating and responding appropriately
· Processing incoming and outgoing post
· Creating meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes and writing up documentation
· General office administration.
