NW London based property business are seeking a full time Administrator to join their team.
Job role:
• General first line office administration including answering the phone, responding to emails, dealing with post etc.
• Supporting the property managers with administrative tasks such as paperwork for start/end of tenancies, collating information and dealing with simple tenant queries
• Visting properties to oversee contractors carrying out routine maintenance (no prior property knowledge required)
• Overall management of office supplies and upkeep.
Candidate Profile:
• Highly organised and able to manage work and time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• IT literate
• Previous administrative experience required; experience within property administration would be advantageous
• Flexible mindset with an interest in working in a role which includes both office based work (majority) and site visits to properties when required
