Due to the successful merger of Kisharon Langdon, an exciting opportunity has become available to join the senior leadership team as Director of Education. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and shape the future success of Kisharon Langdon’s educational strategy and its educational provisions – Langdon College, Kisharon Noe School and Tuffkid Nursery.

At Kisharon Langdon we believe in providing exciting, creative, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences. Our wonderful educational provisions provide stimulating learning environments, with a multitude of opportunities for accessibility, engagement, stimulation, and therapeutic interventions.

Our ideal candidate will need to be a strong leader and an outstanding educational practitioner with the ability to evaluate and drive forward innovative teaching and learning. They will show a genuine commitment to the charity’s principles of inclusion, as well as a strong focus on students, their parents/carers and the school community. This role works alongside the school’s senior leadership team – working closely with the current leaders of the educational provisions.

This role is focused on driving forward developments and improvements across the educational provision and would, on occasion, involve supporting in the operational management of the school. This role would therefore suit a current school leader, with a strong track record, who is looking for their next challenge.
