We are a team of four Relationship Managers with circa £400M of AUM between us and work within the Credo Wealth office as a separate team.
We are looking for our own dedicated Client Services Executive to join our team to deal with administrative requests, such as payments, account openings, valuation requests and ISA subscriptions.
The appropriate candidate should have a minimum of five years relevant experience and will receive training in house on our systems.
Account Opening Account Opening:
– Following Client Services / Compliance procedures
– Creating accounts on Saleslogix / Nexus
– KYC / AML Checks via Muinmos
– Filing of documentation in Saleslogix / Virtual cabinet
– Issuing Welcome emails
– Request new user set up via MyCredo Support
– Compliance monitoring (QA) Queries
Account Approvals – Low Risk Accounts:
– High Risk / Complex
General Servicing General Administration to include:
– Account Maintenance / Updates
– US tax documentation renewal
– JISA / ISA Transitions
– ISA Subscription monitoring
Payments / Closures / Transfers:
Instruction of payments / closures / transfers to respective team
