Inifi’s mission is to be recognised as the leading provider of Day One Connectivity for data into commercial buildings throughout London and business centres around the UK.

Established in 2017 by current CEO Lee Lewis, a tech data specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Inifi works with over 300 clients including over 80 buildings with approaching 200 tenants and is consistently growing this client base.

The team is small and sharply focused on providing data alongside consultancy and backup.

SUMMARY

As the Business Development Manager, you will work initially with Lee to understand the client profile and provide support with an existing pipeline of leads. Following a training period, your brief will be to maintain a strong, consistent pipeline for targeted customers and create your own end to end sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise effective sales campaign for target customers

• Qualify leads and make appointments

• Write proposals and get involved in deal negotiation

• Use CRM system to log all activity

• Account management

• After sales and installation care

Key Experience, Skills and Attributes

• 3-5 years experience in a service based sales role, creating and qualifying own leads

• Ability to demonstrate success in meeting targets and high level of customer satisfaction

• Ability to understand key service features, communicate them effectively to others and understand the key differences with competitors’ products.

• Ability to build relationships with a range of people

• Highly organised and IT literate; excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a small, tightly knit team

• Very much a self starter and able to work on own initiative

• Happy to travel frequently for appointments in London and regional centres

• Proactive approach to account and project management

• Commercial property experience/IT or ISP a huge bonus
