Bookkeeper – Manufacturer/Distributor

Hours: Part-time, 7.5hrs per week.

• Working with Sage & Excel
• Cash Flow report (in 3 currencies)
• Debtors-Creditors report, including following up with debtors by phone & email.
• Reconcile bank statements
• Payments to suppliers
• Company Sales analysis
• UK VAT payments
• P&L Management report
• Reconcile Amazon and other site payments.
• Management and P&L of Amazon.eu sales
• Reconciliation of FX balances
• Accounts to Trial Balance for accountants audit

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years as a Bookkeeper in an office environment. Experience working with product sales would be an advantage. Sage and Excel knowledge is essential.
