As a skilled provider of accounting, tax and business advice services, our client is an accounting practice that’s experiencing growth. As such, they’re now looking for an Office Administrator/receptionist to join their team.

The Rewards 

Salary: £15,000 to £20,000  
Office hours: 9am – 5.30pm but flexi -time provided

The Role 

As an Office Administrator/receptionist, you will be tasked with providing administrative assistance to the company.
You’ll have the chance to get stuck in to a variety of support activities, including: 
  • Answering phone calls 
  • Scanning documents
  • Filing documents within the office 
  • Greeting clients on their arrival 
  • Opening & distributing the post
  • Franking the post & taking it to the post office
About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 
  • Previous experience gained within an office environment, ideally including administration experience  
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Pleasant & co-operative manner
  • GCSEs in Maths & English
