Job Purpose:    
The Salesperson role entails generating new Property Dressing/Staging contracts by identifying opportunities and building relationships with keys clients i.e. estate agents and property developers. Property Dressing is a relatively new concept in the British home selling market and, as such, a certain amount of educating prospective clients is needed. Training in all aspects of the work will be provided.
This is a commission only position. 10% of the contract value plus expenses will be paid on completion of the dressing. The value of contracts starts from £3,500. Expenses will be paid.
The company is based in North Finchley / Muswell Hill but the Salesperson will work from home as well as meeting face to face with potential clients. The hours are flexible, either full time or part time.

The role will include:
  • Identifying empty properties on the market
  • Initiating and maintaining contact with Estate Agents, Developers and other property owners
  • Arranging meetings with the property owners
  • Maintaining client contact and project databases and other communication tools
  • Contributing to the development of effective marketing strategy and tools
Person Specification:    

Previous experience of selling and working in the property industry is not required however the following are essential:
  • Empathy, creativity and understanding of client motivators and barriers
  • Ability and drive to ‘close a deal’
  • Interest in the property industry and the concept of property dressing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy - working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Smart appearance
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Behave professionally and with integrity at all times
  • Ability to commit to a minimum number of weekly working hours
