Marketing Role- Central London

The Candidate
The successful applicant will ideally have some experience in sales and marketing but must have good communication skills. A proactive and positive attitude are an essential requirement. He or she must be able to write all marketing content with consideration of SEO and “online” requirements.
Candidates must also generally proficient in and willing to embrace the full marketing mix in particular online marketing. A solid grasp of IT and a willingness to embrace change are also essential. We are a small business so every member of the team is expected to have a can do attitude and be prepared to roll up their sleeves when necessary. 

Job Description

1.    Regular Marketing for Head Office
a.    Developing and implementing regular mailshots for our marketing campaigns (our contact data base is over 150,000)
b.    Social Media Management, including, coordinating and planning social media updates and blog content as well as daily updates.
c.    Assisting with development of our corporate image including logos etc.
d.    Management and maintenance of the website, including assisting with the contents and any updates to made to the website.

2.    Marketing Support Franchisees
a.    Assisting franchisees with the production of basic marketing material including posters, leaflets, standard stationery etc. including liaison with the providers.
b.    Assisting with sales and marketing training (according to the AIMS system) required for franchisees, 
c.    Developing and managing all regular communication to our franchisees (weekly bulletins, manuals, etc)
d.    Support with LinkedIn and any other online and social marketing.

Location

Most of the work is to be undertaken at our offices but some overnight travel may be required. 

Future Development
Our business is expanding and the role is expected to expand with and within our business. It is therefore expected that the candidate is interested in taking on board management responsibilities in the future.
