Billing and Finance Specialist- RCUK Billing Team

Job Description:
The key focus of the role is to be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of monthly client invoicing, using both internal and network level billing processes.
RCUK is an Ofcom registered and expanding telecoms company, with three retail branches in the UK, servicing our customers’ UK and international travel needs. RCUK has trade agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products. At RCUK we have worked to build our product and service portfolio to ensure we are able to cater to our clients’ individual and business telecoms requirements. This role is based in RCUK’s Head Office.

Overview of Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:
1. Accurate invoices sent to clients
2. Resolving queries prior to raising invoices
3. Supporting and implementing the billing processes
4. Credit Control for outstanding invoices payable to RCUK
5. Amending and printing bills
6. Responding to customers’ billing queries and actioning accordingly
7. Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
8. Ensuring all procedures are compliant
9. Ad hoc support to others within the Billing and Support Teams

• Proficiency in English grammar as well as excellent written and verbal skills. Other languages will be of benefit to this role, but are not essential
