Antisemitic Incidents Analyst- CST

As an antisemitic incident analyst your primary focus will be to monitor and analyst materials from a wide range of sources in relation to antisemitic hate crimes and incidents. You will respond quickly to information requests from clients internally and externally.
Duties include:
  • Working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues in the Communications Department and the Incidents Team
  • Assist with the Incident Departments with their incoming incidents
  • To ensure that all interaction with victims is managed in a sensitive manner and to ensure that confidentiality is respected at all times
  • Responsible for CST’s Annual and Six Monthly incidents reports, and monthly incidents bulletin
  • Accountable for ensuring that all the analysis has been captured, is current and up to date.
  • Accountable for dealing directly with antisemitic incident victims to help them access the appropriate support
  • Responsible for liaising with Police and other agencies on their behalf
  • Present CST’s antisemitic incident data and analysis to external audiences
