Administrator & Trade Sales Assistant- LM Jewellery

LM Jewellery are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Administrator to assist in all aspects of the business. We are manufacturers and importers of fine diamond jewellery selling our products to the trade from our brand new showroom very near to both Farringdon and Chancery Lane Stations. 

The role is varied and includes:
  • Providing administrative support in the office
  • Dealing with customers face to face, on the phone and via email
  • Organising international shipments of stock. 
  • Managing and maintaining correct levels of stock
  • Liaising with other departments within the business including the sales team and Financial Controller
Applicants should have a high level of written and spoken English, coupled with strong communication skills. The role also requires someone who is fully IT literate, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm with early finish on Friday during the winter months and erev chagim.
