Job description: Fundraising Manager 
The job holder is responsible for raising funds to enable the running of Hatzola North London and managing and motivating a supporting team.

Primary responsibilities
  • Define and implement a fund raising strategy for Hatzola
  • Research and progress fundraising opportunities, including grant applications
  • Build and develop relationships with key donors
  • Ensure efficient records management
 Key skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proven ability to manage a team, devise strategies, research opportunities and meet fundraising targets
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with potential donors.
  • Display a passion and commitment to the cause.
 Relevant experience
  • Previous experience in fundraising is required, although we will consider experience in other areas such as sales or marketing.
Remuneration
A full time role, with an attractive remunerative package, commensurate with the experience and performance of the individual.
