Property Management Administrator (two positions available)

The successful candidate will be dealing with tenants and clients. An ability to handle a varied and busy workload and excellent organisational skills is essential.
You will work in partnership with the Property Managers to ensure we consistently deliver a high standard of performance and achieve customer satisfaction.
The role has two key parts:
  • Performing front line communication with our customers (e.g. resolving day to day queries and sending correspondence)
  • Helping the Property Managers with their workload.
Key criteria:
  • Customer relationship management
  • Previous ‘front line’ contact with customers is desired
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes and competent in mail merging
  • Knowledge of Qube would be an advantage
General administrative duties:
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning and attaching documents to the system
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Prior experience is not essential but is a plus.
