Senior Financial Analyst- Integrated Asset Management

Integrated Asset Management Plc (“IAM”) is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its active and diverse team. The role will be based in our office located in Mayfair, London. The individual will have the opportunity to be exposed to the wide range of deals of our diversified portfolio across different investment strategies and asset classes and to join a small team of well-seasoned professionals.

§ Advising and Managing Funds and Funds of Hedge Funds for Institutional and Private Clients;
§ Due diligence services on a selection of alternative investments;

§ Advisory Mandates on managed accounts, bespoke products or event driven situations including capital markets transactions, Hedge Funds, Side Pocket holdings and Real Estate.

Main Responsibilities
§ The Senior Financial Analyst will support the team in screening and analysing new Real Estate, Green Energy and Alternative investment opportunities;
§ The individual will assist with the origination, execution and asset management of the investment by conducting financial analysis and excel modelling, and by managing advisors and due-diligence work streams;
§ The analyst will be asked to conduct ad-hoc analysis, research, and reports to monitor the investment performance and the market;
§ Maintaining a robust financial model to enable sound business planning and decision making will be fundamental;
§ The individual will also have to prepare presentations and supporting documents in connection with ongoing business performance and strategic projects, for both internal and external stakeholders; and
§ The analyst will have to interact with the CEO partners, investors and stakeholders to regularly update them on the investments’ performance, work in progress and pipeline.

Person Specification
§ Minimum of 3 and up to 5 years of work experience, ideally in Real Estate, accounting, private equity, investment/asset management, advisory, investment banking or a similar industry;
§ Recognised degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance will be considered an advantage;
§ Strong quantitative modelling skills and advanced analytical capabilities: proven ability to construct well-structured, robust, logical, Excel-based financial models for complex business/deals (DCF, NPV, IRR, Sensitivity Analysis, etc);
§ Ability to summarise complex financial data in clear analyses and presentations;
§ Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a small team environment;
§ Applicants must be fluent in professional English. Knowledge of another European language, preferably Italian or French, will be an advantage but it is not mandatory;
§ Flexible and committed during busy periods, with a can-do attitude;
§ Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects at once;
§ Familiarity with loan structures and documentation is an advantage;
§ Interest in and exposure to Real Estate, Green Energy and/or Fintech projects will be an advantage as well as a genuine motivation to develop a career within those industries; and
§ The firm is seeking applicants with experience working in a fast paced, high-pressured and dynamic environment with significant deal flow.
