Job description
We are looking for an Analyst or Associate with 1-3 years’ experience to join our growing Working Capital Solutions Team in London. The candidate will ideally have experience of commercial or investment banking products with credit training and a high level of financial literacy .

  • Assist with the research, identification and analysis of prospective clients alongside the Origination Directors.
  • Prepare company profiles, sales presentations, client pitches and engagement letters.
  • Undertake analysis, MI reporting and prepare reports for the  Chief Commercial Officer, CEO and Board on a monthly basis.
  • Update and maintain client relationship management tools (SalesForce / Lead Forensics) including new business pipeline and business at risk reporting
  • Support delivery of initiatives and projects including taking ownership for specific workstreams that impact the Team, such as origination campaigns, and be responsible for driving initiatives to successful completion with the support of the Managing Director and other team members.
  • Assist in the process of ensuring team adherence to compliance and risk requirements.
Essential Requirements
  • Superior communication skills, excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to engage different stakeholders and audiences
  • Experience of 1-3 years in a financial institution in a product role or other similar positions.
  • Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritise efforts and tasks, diagnose problems and take ownership to ensure prompt delivery.
  • A good understanding of financial statements including income statement, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Capacity work independently and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
  • Interested in working with new technological tools and working environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have the right to live and work in the UK.
