Senior Project Manager – Client Implementations

Position Summary
Reporting into the COO, the Client Implementations Project Manager will be responsible for managing small cross functional teams (1-10) for delivery of business projects to both internal and external customers. This role also involves other related activities in support of deliverables to clients and therefore requires a mature and collaborative approach.

Primary responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for the management and delivery of client driven implementations following commercial wins
• Formation of Deal Teams, Project Teams, running internal & client steering and project meetings.
• Maintenance of plans (internal & external), Risks and Issues Logs, Minutes, Actions
• Work closely with all areas of the business and IT
• Liaison with IT Delivery to drive project delivery E2E
• Establishing Project Teams and management of activities undertaken by pooled resources across the organisation.
• Provide governance and reporting for projects and as needed, across the portfolio, including management of budget and resources
• F2B ownership for delivery of transaction implementations

Essential Requirements:
• 5 – 8 years Client Side Project Management experience.
• Experience of delivering external client driven projects managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Managing project delivery to meet client deadlines
• Ability to perform critical path analysis and represent critical dates for Client activities vs DEMICA and manage to ensure DEMICA do not drive end date
• Project and Portfolio level resource usage/planning and forecasting
• Ability to adapt and deliver projects within fast moving and fluid environment
• Experience of managing delivery of both business and technology projects
• Experience of managing projects or programmes valued at over £1M
• Financial services experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
• Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and distil key issues

Desired Criteria:
• Working language skills in any of German and/or Spanish
• Formal qualification: PRINCE II/MSP/Agile, etc.
• Experience working in a small < 50-person company
• Experience delivering projects based on structured financial transactions
