We are always on the lookout to expand our team of Client Advisors to preside over our clients’ cases, and to respond to any queries they might have. The company is continuing to grow and are now recruiting for the following positions:

Full Time Customer Service Adviser

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage large amounts of emails in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Keep comprehensive records of all forms of communication within our database
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • The applicant must speak fluent English with a pleasant telephone manner.
  • They must have good computer skills, and be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Full Time Call Centre Debt Collection

Your responsibilities:
  • Make calls to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) regarding client payments
  • Keep comprehensive records of all conversations in our database
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • The applicant must speak fluent English with a pleasant telephone manner.
  • They must have good computer skills, and be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to be a team player
Full Time Admin Assistant

Your responsibilities:
  • Opening and sorting large volumes of post received each day in a timely manner
  • Scanning in documents to our database
  • Correcting scans that may have been input incorrectly
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • The applicant must be motivated and willing to work as part of a team
  • They must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Take initiative both within the team and the company
Full Time Social Media Correspondent

Your responsibilities:
  • Moderate and respond to client enquiries across multiple social platforms
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • The applicant must be motivated and willing to work as part of a team
  • They must have good computer skills, and able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Take initiative both within the team and the company
