Administrator- Sova Foods

Sova is a leading UK importer and distributor of well known kosher food brands. Established for over 15 years, Sova now supplies the independent trade, leading supermarkets and food service groups.

The company is now looking for an efficient Administrator, with strong IT skills and the ability to multitask. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Data entry and reporting
  • Providing assistance to customers by phone and email
  • Financial administration including accounts receivable, chasing payments & reconciliation of bank statements,
  • Dealing with purchase orders and carrying out price checks. 
  • Stock Control; managing stock levels and reordering when necessary.
  • General office duties; responsibility for stationery and all support services including cars, phones, insurance and IT. 
  • Personal Assistant to the MD
