Receptionist/Administrator- Melinek Fine

We are currently looking to recruit a friendly out-going receptionist to join our vibrant and successful firm of Chartered Accountants based in NW London. Our fast growing and ambitious firm who have a passion for accountancy and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients face to face
  • Answering incoming calls with good, clear telephone manner
  • Good communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to type using a dictaphone
  • Setting up appointments
  • Issuing car parking badges when needed
  • Sorting and handling post
  • Banking
  • Filing
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or emailing.
  • Keep the board room and lobby area tidy
  • Occasionally serving coffee or tea to guests
The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Have respect for confidentiality and discretion
  • Have a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Be attentive, punctual and have a well-groomed appearance
  • Have a positive attitude and dependability, take initiative.
  • Desirable but not essential, experience in an accounting firm or other professional environment
Hours: Full time role, 9.00am-5.30pm
