Office Manager

Opportunity for organised and efficient candidate with administrative experience to support the needs of two fast growing businesses within the same office.

Main Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the office
Answering the phone, and acting as first point of call for client queries
Maintaining organised filing and administrative systems
Diary management- coordinating meetings and appointments
Assisting with bookkeeping and invoicing duties

Person Specification:

Previous office management/administrative experience preferred
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills and telephone manner
IT literate, ideally with experience in MS Word, MS Excel, Xero and Sage
 
This is a full time role but 4 days will be considered.
